GRAPE
Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Vine training system: Guyot

VINIFICATION
Soft pressing in whole bunches, ageing on lees until bottling, which always takes place the following year.
Bottle-aged for at least six months.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish streaks. An expansive and articulate bouquet. Balanced palate, with a deep and persistent flavour.
